Local AI image upscaling

A local Real-ESRGAN wrapper with explicit scales, batch processing, formats and separate output folders.

Requirements: Separately installed Real-ESRGAN executable and models; JPEG conversion needs macOS sips.

- 2/3/4x scales and model option
- Separate output; refuses overwrites
- PNG or JPEG output

Run upscale.sh as described in SKILL.md. Inspect text, textures and any final print requirements.
