Hiring-Radar

A local reader for public job postings, for job searches and industry research.

01

What it does

  • Finds open roles by company, country and keyword.
  • Normalizes postings across sources with deduplication and resumable runs.
  • Stores local snapshots to compare new, removed and historical roles.

02

Agents & compatibility

Claude Code and Codex can call it over MCP. It also works as a Python command-line tool.

03

Get started

  1. Download and extract the source, and prepare Python 3.
  2. List sources and optionally download the public company directory.
  3. Query a company, or follow the README to expose --mcp to your agent.

Run in the extracted project directory. Check the README for prerequisites and platform-specific instructions.

python3 hiring_radar.py --list
python3 hiring_radar.py anthropic --keyword research

Reads actively published roles, not private resumes or login-only content. Hiring changes are research leads and do not establish business outcomes on their own.

Sources & scope
